A High Potential Employee (HiPo) is someone who has the ability, engagement and desire to rise to higher and more critical positions and succeed. The HiPo assessment focuses on talent capability, commitment and achievement orientation.

In the HiPo assessment approach, we have brought together a selection of methods to help identify talent with the greatest potential and support them wisely on their development journey.
