Competency Assessment

This solution is used to assess key roles, such as senior managers, middle managers or top specialists. After a competency based assessment, you will have a significantly better sense and understanding of the strengths, development potential, motivation and strategic skills of the person. At the same time, the person will become much more self-aware, as we will offer them a coaching feedback session with a Figure expert to develop themselves.

The competency assessment is the best choice to support right hiring and promotion decisions as well as to analyze the existing employees to build a salary and people development systems within the organisation.
