The 360° assessment is an effective competency-based method that allows you to get 360° feedback on an employee from his/her manager, team members, colleagues or other people involved in his/her work. The purpose of the assessment is to identify the manager's strengths and development needs, to support development and organisational performance, and to increase the manager's self-awareness. For the team of the appraised manager, the process promotes communication and understanding between them, as the team is involved in the development process, cooperation improves and it is easier to understand the expectations and values of the organisation.
The assessment is carried out on the basis of the organisation's competency model or the universal questionnaire, which maps 36 key competencies.
